Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), PRINCE2, and APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ), Matthew has held senior roles with organisations such as Music Tribe Brands and Sprint Group. His expertise includes driving operational improvements, negotiating contracts, and implementing strategies to enhance both profitability and customer satisfaction.

A strong advocate for teamwork and collaboration, Matthew has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and creating positive workplace cultures. He is passionate about data-driven decision-making and finding innovative solutions to operational challenges.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys coaching his son’s football team, Nunnery Wood Lions, who play in the Mercian League. He also spends his free time working on DIY projects, exploring his creative side through painting, and tackling gardening projects.
