Online Music Therapy

Our therapists usually travel to you – but for some clients, online sessions offer even greater flexibility. This can also be a good option for clients who carry additional vulnerabilities, be they physiological or psychological. Therapeutic techniques are specially adapted for online delivery – receptive approaches often feature strongly, alongside shared listening and playing. You will need a reliable internet connection, a computer or tablet with a good sound system, and someone to support you during the session, if necessary.

Online Music Therapy can…

  • reach clients who might struggle to engage in person
  • allow significant flexibility in scheduling sessions
  • offer all the benefits of face-to-face therapy with none of the logistical challenges
  • help people to overcome resistance to therapeutic intervention by making attendance easy.
