Alex Grenville

Alex leads finance and HR teams for one the UK Government's largest environmental programmes, as well as being a qualified leadership & executive coach with his own private practice. He brings over a decade of experience in managing large and complex budgets across multiple government agencies, as well as significant knowledge of recruitment and people services, to the board of MTW. 

Music is Alex's biggest passion in life; he spends a lot of his spare time playing the piano, guitar and percussion, and sings in several midlands-based vocal groups. He is a published composer of modern classical music, and writes and arranges songs to perform as part of his vocal groups around Worcestershire.
