Eleanor is a music therapist who graduated from the University of Derby in 2025.
Previously, she completed a classical music degree at Leeds Conservatoire, specialising in piano, where she had the opportunity to run community music groups for young children with ASD and PMLD. Seeing the positive impact these groups had on the children, she was inspired to pursue a career as a music therapist.
Eleanor uses a person-centred, client-led approach and has experience working with babies, children and young people in a variety of settings, including SEN schools and children's hospices. She has previous experience working as a nursery teaching assistant and providing support for autistic adults and their families.
