Steph Loke

A long time ago, Steph moved from Malaysia to the UK to study Product Design. She's since made an odd career helping organisations build compliant, people-friendly policy, processes and implement IT systems without excessive costs or complicated jargon. She currently specialises in data governance. Don't ask her about systems theory or perverse incentives unless you have time to spare!

Professional life aside, music has been a constant companion since picking up the piano at 5. She has a menagerie of 50+ instruments (including a Dulcitone which she is slowly restoring). She is passionate about continuous learning, languages and open source principles. Social value is an important part of her life - she is an Ethics Representative at work, and also supports Primrose Hospice in their children's team as an activities and bereavement support mentor.
